There’s nothing quite like having the first thing that enters your mouth tasting delicious. Whereas on the weekend you may have time to prepare pancakes or french omelettes, tasty weekday breakfasts are a little more tricky.
This bowl of cereal gets me through some of my brutal “catch-up on reading material” mornings, is exciting to eat (chocolate chips!!) and contains several essential nutrients. Perfect breakfast to start the day.
Ingredients: Banana Nut Cheerios, milk, one semi-ripe banana, hemp seeds, and chocolate chips.

Thanks! I recently tried a similar combination and replaced the banana with a spoonful of homemade apricot jam. Mmmmm!
